About this Shipping Policy

Maribel Marketplace is based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Currently, we are affected by COVID-19 restrictions intermittently. We use Australia Post to dispatch our orders. Please be aware that the impacts of COVID-19 restrictions are currently causing delivery delays across the Australia Post network due to a reduction in air freight capacity and flight frequency, a significant increase in parcel volumes, and social distancing requirements. Despite this, we work hard to dispatch daily. We aim to meet our delivery timeframes of 2-8 business days for standard shipping and 1-4 business days for express shipping


Maribel Marketplace currently ships Australia-wide. Our expected delivery timeframes are subject to the timeframes provided by Australia Post's handling and distribution process. Our postage rates are automatically calculated depending on the total weight of the items purchased. Average standard shipping is approximately $9.00-10.00 AUD and Express shipping is between $12-$15 AUD. However, for an exact cost, proceed to the checkout to see the automatic postage calculation.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed. Please note the standard delivery time can vary, depending on national public holidays and busy postal periods such as Christmas, New Years and Easter, where processing timeframes may take up to 72 hours before being shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping email with tracking details for your parcel.

If we are experiencing shipping delays, we will note the expected delivery timeframe via email following confirmation of your order. Please be aware that events like national pandemics, high demand, and public restrictions can delay the delivery of your order.

If you are providing a business address, please indicate the company name. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the parcel may be left at the premises or will be delivered to your nearest Australia Post Office and a card will be left directing you with alternate pick-up options. If the parcel is left at the premises, we cannot accept liability on behalf of Australia Post, so please provide the best address with the safest point of delivery.

In the event that the ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund of your original payment.

  • If we send you the incorrect size or item, let us know straight away and we will arrange an exchange immediately (dispatching the correct size within 24 hours). You will not be charged for the additional postage fees.
  • As a sustainable business, we provide sustainable packaging, including postage satchels, postage labels, clothing labels and hangtags. We aim to minimise waste and ensure all resources involved can return to the Earth without causing harm to it and the creatures that inhabit it.
