  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Australia Post (shipping-related customer support) and Shopify (for platform related support).

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. Using Personal Information

Retention

Automatic decision-making

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data. Our processor Shopify, uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.   • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

LAWFUL BASIS: Legitimate Interest means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the best and most secure experience. We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative) and your rights before we process your personal data for our legitimate interests. We do not use your personal data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you (unless we have your consent or are otherwise required or permitted to by law). Performance of Contract means processing your data where it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps before entering into such a contract. Service providers acting as processors or joint controllers based in the EU who provide IT and system administration services, and specifically Diligent Commerce Limited, our software partner, who expressly require we share your personal data for the purposes of Diligent Commerce Limited providing, and us receiving, website software delivery and maintenance services; Professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers based in the United Kingdom who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services, Credit reference agencies, and external service suppliers, representatives and agents that we use to make our business more efficient. HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities based in the United Kingdom who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
